  • Invoice & Estimate Upgrades: PDF Exports, Custom Totals, and Streamlined Workflows 2026-04-10

    This update brings major enhancements to your billing and proposal workflows. You can now export branded PDFs for both invoices and estimates, and easily hide per-line pricing on customer-facing documents when using a custom total. We’ve also unified the editor layouts, made it seamlessly easy to convert jobs and estimates into draft invoices, and improved the accuracy of address auto-complete for routing.

  • Advanced Route Mapping, CRM Imports, and Recurring Visit Management 2026-04-09

    This update introduces powerful new tools designed to streamline your daily operations and scheduling. At the forefront is a new interactive, full-page Route Map that features round-trip optimization, drive-time calculations, and reusable Route Templates to make dispatching faster and more efficient . Managing your customer base and workload is also easier than ever, thanks to bulk CRM imports via CSV and a revamped Jobs system that clearly separates ongoing recurring visit series from one-off appointments. Finally, team size limits have been removed for active paid plans, allowing you to invite your entire crew without restrictions as your business grows.

  • Enhanced Estimates: PDF Exports, Package Flexibility, and Improved Clarity 2026-04-03

    This update focuses on professionalizing your client-facing documents and refining how packages and optional items behave within the estimate workspace. Users can now generate branded PDF exports for quotes, including a clear breakdown of choice sets and add-ons. We’ve also overhauled Package logic, allowing packages to be nested within choice sets and ensuring that descriptions and margins are handled consistently across the estimator and the final proposal. Finally, we’ve improved line-item detail by separating short Names from longer Descriptions, giving you more control over how information is presented to your customers.

    This update introduces a comprehensive Insights dashboard under the Organization tab, allowing admins to visualize revenue, expenses, and pipeline health across custom date ranges. We’ve overhauled CRM Tags to make them more accessible for tracking lead sources—like Facebook or Instagram—and you can now use specific organization links to automatically tag customers upon entry. To further streamline your workflow, we’ve added an automation that can instantly flip a customer’s status from "Lead" to "Active" once they accept an estimate, alongside a dark-mode contrast fix for better dashboard navigation.

  • Smart Proposals & AI-Driven Estimates 2026-04-02

    We’ve introduced powerful new ways to build and present your quotes. With Scout line suggestions, you can now use AI to draft estimates in seconds based on your historical data. We’ve also launched Choice Sets, giving your customers the power to choose between different service options (like "Good/Better/Best") directly from the proposal. These updates, combined with a new card-style layout and auto-saving workspace, make your bidding process faster for you and clearer for your clients.

  • A Brand New Way to Schedule: Flexible Visits, Bulk Rescheduling, and More 2026-03-31

    We’ve completely overhauled our scheduling to make it more flexible for every type of business. Instead of tying rigid start and end dates to a "Job," you now schedule individual "Visits." Total Flexibility: Easily handle recurring daily work (like 20 quick stops a day) or break up massive multi-day projects visit-by-visit. Better Calendar: A new drag-and-drop weekly schedule makes it easy to assign open jobs or move visits around on the fly. Mass Rescheduling: Rain delay or schedule shift? You can now bulk-reschedule visits forward or backward in just a few clicks. Smoother Workflow: The Job Workspace now features automatic saving, a faster creation process, and simpler crew management. Ultimately, this update gives you precise, day-to-day control over your schedule and lays the exact groundwork needed for multiple daily routes and route-saving features coming soon.

  • Upgraded Estimates, Job Costing, Communications Hub & CRM Service Areas 2026-03-30

    We've got an exciting update for you! This release introduces powerful new features, including Estimate add-ons, comprehensive Job workspace costs, new property service areas in the CRM, and a dedicated Communications tab. Alongside these additions, we’ve made major quality-of-life improvements to Estimates and the Schedule grid, and squashed several bugs to keep your workflow fast and reliable.

  • Enhanced Estimates, Route-Based Scheduling, and UI Upgrades 2026-03-28

    In this release, we’ve officially transitioned from "quotes" to "Estimates" to provide a much smoother workflow, complete with customer preview modes and a new slide-over Catalog. We’ve also completely overhauled the schedule board, shifting from rigid time slots to flexible, route-based scheduling where you can assign jobs to a target week and organize each day by stop order. Finally, you'll notice major styling upgrades across the platform; we're replacing pop-ups with clean drop-downs and dedicated workspaces to improve your daily UX and make room for upcoming features.
