Visual Insights & Smarter Lead Tracking
This update introduces a comprehensive Insights dashboard under the Organization tab, allowing admins to visualize revenue, expenses, and pipeline health across custom date ranges. We’ve overhauled CRM Tags to make them more accessible for tracking lead sources—like Facebook or Instagram—and you can now use specific organization links to automatically tag customers upon entry. To further streamline your workflow, we’ve added an automation that can instantly flip a customer’s status from "Lead" to "Active" once they accept an estimate, alongside a dark-mode contrast fix for better dashboard navigation.
New features
- Insights: Under Organization, admins get Insights—charts for revenue and expenses over time, pipeline (leads vs active) and close rate, customer types, and CRM status / estimate-request mix for the period. Pick 7 / 30 / 90 days, year to date, or custom dates. All or CRM tag chips auto-update the view; tags only narrow the CRM status and estimate request pies (the trend and pipeline stay org-wide). Customize layout saves which panels you want on this device.
Improvements
- CRM: On a customer, tag chips sit under the name (they wrap in rows); + Add tag (green link) is at the end of the row. The tag picker leaves clear space under the search field before the list.
- Estimates & CRM: When a customer accepts a proposal, anyone in your CRM listed as a Lead can automatically switch to Active (you can turn this off under Organization → Workflow → Estimate accepted).
Bug fixes
- Org dashboard: When the sidebar is collapsed, the labels that appear next to icons are readable again in dark mode (they no longer looked blank from low contrast).
