Powerful Automations & Smarter Workflows
This update introduces a game-changing Automations engine alongside significant performance enhancements to the CRM and data management tools. We’ve launched a robust Automations suite that allows your team to build custom, org-wide rules to handle repetitive tasks—like instantly sending estimates when a lead submits a form or following up after a job is completed. To further streamline your operations, we've overhauled our CSV importer with batch processing and error-specific downloads, implemented relevancy-based search for faster navigation, and optimized map geocoding to ensure high performance and cost-efficiency. These updates are designed to give you more granular control over your business while letting the platform handle the heavy lifting.
New features
- Automations (Organization menu) — Your team can see org-wide rules that run when key things happen in the app (for example when a lead submits the public estimate request form, an estimate is sent, or a job is completed). Admins can add rules, including optional delay before an email, and a short list shows recent run activity.
Improvements
-
CRM — addresses and maps — Adding customers, importing, or saving a new property no longer runs automatic bulk geocoding in order to save credits. Coordinates are filled when you open a property map, view a schedule route map, or run route optimization (so usage lines up with when you actually need pins on a map).
-
Searchable lists (CRM, team, forms, support tickets, and more) — When you use search on a list, the closest matches to what you typed show up at the top—names, emails, and similar text—so you are not stuck scrolling through loosely related results sorted alphabetically or by date alone.
-
CRM — Properties that are the billing address are labeled on the customer screen, and you can set or change which property is billing when adding or editing a property. The product reminds you that each customer can only have one billing address at a time.
-
Import customers (CSV) — While an import runs, you see which batch of rows is being processed (50 rows per request), a moving progress indicator while a batch runs, then the exact count saved after each batch. Validation messages say what is missing on each row (for example billing ZIP). Valid rows import even when other rows fail; problem rows are listed and you can download a small CSV of only those rows (with an import_issues column) to fix and re-upload.
